About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Providing compassionate, personalized care while building meaningful relationships
- Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
- Encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and social engagement
- Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional resident care
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
