Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team
• Encourage residents to remain active, engaged, and connected through meaningful interactions and daily activities
• Absorb and document care provided
• Collaborate with nurses, medication aides, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or home health is preferred

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for serving older adults

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
