What You'll Do
- Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- SUPPORTING residents with mobility, personal care, dressing, and bathing
- BUILDING meaningful relationships while encouraging independence
- MONITORING residents and communicating changes to the nursing team
- ASSISTING with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- CREATING a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home
- WORKING collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
- Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- A compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or home health is welcomed—but we're happy to meet newly certified CNAs as well
- A genuine passion for serving older adults
