Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting independence and dignity
• Absorb and report changes in residents' condition promptly to the nursing team
• Accurately document care and services provided
• Encourage resident engagement and meaningful interactions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive, resident-first attitude

Pay

Flexible pay options based on your schedule.

Schedule

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. PRN requirements include working a minimum of 3 shifts within a 30-day period, working 1 weekend shift, and working 1 major holiday.
