Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Ambulate and transfer residents as needed.
• Perform treatments and procedures as directed by the licensed nurse.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Nice to have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nice to have Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Nice to have Behavioral care / memory care experience.
