Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents.
• Support geriatric care with compassion and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community preferred.
• Understanding of geriatric care and the aging process.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
• Genuine compassion for others.
