The Shores of Worthington is a Residential Health Care Facility (SNF) that provides high-quality care through continuous improvement and the involvement of an interdisciplinary team and the entire community. Shifts Available
- Full Time
- Part Time
- Per Diem
Shifts available: AM (6a-2:15P), PM (2pm-10:15pm), and Overnight (10pm-6:15am).
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
- Providing general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility's nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CNA certification through Minnesota
- If not certified, assistance is available
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
