What You Will Do
- Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Auxiliary residents in creating a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
- Provide ADLs within the scope of practice as defined by state regulations and the resident's plan of care.
- Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
- Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
- Record vital signs, weights, and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
- Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
- Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
- Maintain assigned duty areas to meet established housekeeping standards.
- Promptly respond to call lights and assist with resident needs.
- Assist in the orientation and training of other staff members, as requested.
- Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
What You Need
- Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle stress.
- Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
- Function independently and possess personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is USD $22.10 - USD $25.04 per hour.
