About the role
We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America. Our facilities provide long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services, serving a diverse patient population including those with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients as directed.
- Perform tasks such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
- Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
