Seton Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for all shifts, with part-time and per diem opportunities available across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Responsibilities

• Primary caregiver for residents, assisting with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and maintain resident stability by tracking weight, vitals, input/output, and administering tests as needed
• Communicate changes in residents' status to the nursing team to ensure timely care
• Accurately document care actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers by maintaining a caring and compassionate demeanor

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Pennsylvania
• Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for going the extra mile to support residents and coworkers
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional, person-centered care
