San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing quality, resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
- Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
Requirements
- Current and valid California CNA certification required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to resident care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
- Weekend availability required.
Pay
$25.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Part-Time | Weekend Availability Required
Available shifts: Part-Time Weekends (All Shifts) and Part-Time AM Shift (Weekdays & Weekends)
