Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Right at Home Ann Arbor.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Aid with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other essential tasks
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or needs to our care team
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with our care team to deliver exceptional care and services to our clients
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and caring approach to working with seniors and vulnerable adults
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
