Location: 100 Chapin Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and collaborate with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided.
- Assist at meals.
- Follow infection control and center policies.
- Measure and record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed.
- Report all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
Requirements
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State (Required).
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
- Experience preferred, but not required.
