Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

Provides personal care services under the direction of an RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services necessary to maintain their personal comfort. You will deliver in‑home healthcare to clients who have served our country, building one‑on‑one relationships that enhance their health, quality of life and peace of mind. The role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing time for school, travel, volunteer work or family and friends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Perform skilled transfers and monitor vital signs
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene tasks

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Food Handler’s card

Pay

Standard rate: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour
