About the role

The role involves providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting, assisting with daily activities, administering medications, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and mobility
• Administer medications as per doctor’s orders
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient rooms
• Document patient progress and interactions accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
