North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care/CNA assignment card.
• Visit with residents and reposition as required.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight with close attention to detail.
• Conduct range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior when caring for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements, upholding facility policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Take pride in making a difference in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Completed a MN approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current MN NAR license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required
• Trustworthy and respectful of others
• Dependable, professional, and a team player

• Able to establish good rapport and communicate effectively

Pay

Competitive salary of up to $21.75 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule

Full‑time positions work 8‑hour shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Rotating weekends are required.
