What You'll Do

- Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents - Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility) - Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions - Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families - Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams - Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

- Active CNA certification in [State] (required) - Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required - Strong communication and teamwork skills - A caring, patient, and dependable personality - Willingness to make a positive impact every day
