Schedule

Part‑time: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help residents begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of experience in assisted living, long‑term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of older adults.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17.75 – $23.75 per hour, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
