Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care/CNA assignment card.
• Visit with residents and reposition as required.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
• Conduct range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Take pride in the difference made in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.
• Trustworthy and respectful of others.
• Dependable, professional, and a team player.
• Enjoy serving and caring for seniors.
• Able to establish good rapport and communicate effectively.

Pay

Competitive salary with a sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time position working 12‑hour shifts from 6 am to 6 pm. Enjoy 3‑day weekends off every other weekend, never work more than 3 days in a row, and receive 7 days off every 14 days.
