Peabody Health and Rehab in Peabody, KS is looking to hire a Full Time/Part Time 6-2 and 2-10 (CNA) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care
• Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card
• Visit with residents and reposition as required
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight
• Conduct range of motion as needed
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Uphold facility policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Pay

Starting at $20.00 up to $21.50 per hour with $2000 sign on bonus available for full time.

Schedule

Full Time/Part Time 6-2 and 2-10 shifts. These healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts.
