About the Role
Chase County Care and Rehab in Cottonwood Falls, KS is looking to hire full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care
- Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card
- Visit with residents and reposition as required
- Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight
- Conduct range of motion as needed
- Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
- Uphold facility policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues
Qualifications
- Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Current Kansas certification/registration to practice
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
Pay
$20.00-$21.50 per hour.

Schedule
PRN position, working primarily one day per week, with the option to pick up more shifts when available.
