About the role
Chase County Care and Rehab in Cottonwood Falls, KS., is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
- Visit with residents and reposition as required.
- Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
- Conduct range of motion as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
- Trustworthy and respectful of others.
- Dependable, professional, and a team player.
- Ability to establish a good rapport with others and communicate effectively.

Schedule
We are offering a PRN position, working primarily one day per week, with the option to pick up more shifts when available.
