We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at [Facility Name]. Our facility is part of Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year-old industry leader with over 200 locations across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Provide direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc., as directed.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
- Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
- CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must graduate from a State-approved CNA program.
Must be currently registered/licensed in the applicable State.
Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Benefits
Shift Differential: Evening $1 | NOC $2
Student Loan Reimbursement: $3,000 for 3 years after 90 days
