About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Life Care Centers of America involves providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role requires making independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, exhibiting excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients, communicating and functioning productively on an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
  • Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
  • Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. Must remain current during employment.

Qualifications

Pay

$22-25.53 per hour, DOE.

Schedule

  • 8hr Rotation Day,
  • Evening (EVE) $1,
  • Night (NOC) $2.
