Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Life Care Centers of America. Our mission is to provide quality patient care through a strong multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients
• Provide direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
• Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Pay

$3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, $1,750 for part-time positions.
