Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to fill our Evening shift position at Garden Terrace Healthcare Center of Federal Way. New grad CNAs are welcome to apply!

About the Role

Garden Terrace Healthcare Center of Federal Way is an all-Medicare Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a 47-year industry leader with over 200 facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Provide direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
