Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Life Care Centers of America. Our mission is to provide quality patient care through a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Provide direct care to patients including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc., as directed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State.
• Maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Experience: Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; one (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Certification: CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.

Skills

• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
