St. Elizabeth Home, an Illuminus Community, is a not‑for‑profit, community‑based skilled nursing facility in Janesville, WI. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides long‑term care and short‑term rehabilitation services in a historic campus setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform person‑centered personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Pay

• $19.16 – $21.29 per hour, based on experience.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $600.
• $2 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts.
• Overtime pay after 8 hours worked in a shift.

Schedule

• Full‑time or PRN AM shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• NOC shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am.
