About the role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides person‑centered personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse at Lutheran Home & Health Services, an Illuminus Community in downtown Fond du Lac, WI.
Responsibilities
- Perform personal care tasks for residents, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Assist with daily living activities in accordance with resident care plans.
- Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to monitor resident health and report changes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for seniors.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Current certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to residents and team members.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality of resident information.
- Exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Adaptability to change.

Pay
$19.06 – $22.77 per hour, based on experience, plus a $2 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts and a sign‑on bonus up to $600.
Schedule
- Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
- AM Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- PM Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- NOC Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
