About the role
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that delivers exceptional care to residents and fosters a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment
Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required

Pay
- Hourly Pay Rate: $21.22 with scheduled raises
- Weekend and Holiday Pick-Up Shift bonuses
