About the role
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that delivers exceptional care to residents and fosters a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to supervising nurses.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.22 with scheduled raises
