About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed
- Support residents with personal hygiene needs
- Participate in shift handovers and documentation
Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required

Pay
- Hourly Pay Rate: $20.60 with scheduled raises
- Weekend and Holiday Pick-Up Shift bonuses
