About the role
Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards.
Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment.

Requirements
- Current Illinois CNA certification
- Caring, reliable team player
- Passionate about providing personalized care and enhancing the lives of those in long-term care
- Graduates from an accredited CNA program
