Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About the role
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at River Pines. Positions are available full-time and part-time on various shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and record health and behavior of residents and clients
- Communicate information with other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Know and follow residents' and clients' individual care plans
- Know emergency and evacuation procedures
- Have a working knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Attend required orientation, training, and maintain certified nursing assistant certification
- Use resources efficiently, report needed items to the Director
- Maintain a positive work and living environment
- Assist with household and housekeeping duties
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and furniture/furnishings according to job standards
- Follow manufacturer's procedural guidelines when using tools, handling chemicals, operating equipment, removing debris, and removing soiled linens
Requirements
Must have a valid CNA certification and a strong commitment to compassionate, service-oriented care.
Qualifications
Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Skills
Knowledge of long-term care regulations, ability to follow care plans, and proficiency in basic medical tasks are required.

Pay
$18.00-$23.50/Hr. based on experience and shift.
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time AM/PM/NOC Shifts Available.
