Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants for ALL shifts to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for compassionate professionals who prioritize resident safety, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies, procedures, and work schedules as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support residents with personal care needs, including feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, and more, while respecting individual preferences.
• Safely lift, turn, position, and transport residents using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises and record data as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls, ensuring safety precautions are followed.
• Use personal protective equipment and tools such as gait belts and mechanical lifts when required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in this state or completion of an approved nurse aide training program.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred, especially in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Adaptability to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
