About the role
Excelcare at the Pines is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on support with daily living activities, ensure resident comfort and safety, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living needs (meals, hydration, turning, ambulation)
- Support personal hygiene and comfort
- Monitor residents and report concerns to nursing staff
- Document food/fluid intake and care provided
- Auxiliary feeding and nutritional supplements
- Maintain clean, safe resident living areas
- Transport residents within the facility
- Support nursing staff as needed
- Follow all facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain resident and facility confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must have a CNA license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience in long-term care
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional

Pay
$1,500 Sign-on bonus for full-time hires

- Fulltime: 8a-4p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a
- Part-time: 8a-4p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a
