Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary

Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort.

Responsibilities

• Skilled Transfers
• Vital Signs
• Timely and Accurate Documentation
• Ranges of Motion
• All Activities of Daily Living including Light Duty Housekeeping, Meal Preparation and Patient Hygiene

Qualifications

• Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Food Handler's card

Requirements

• Experience in the following, although we will consider training: Skilled Transfers, Vital Signs, Timely and Accurate Documentation, Range of Motion, All Activities of Daily Living including Light Duty Housekeeping, Meal Preparation and Patient Hygiene

Pay

$19.00 - $21.50 hourly
