Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Riverside Transitional Care, a skilled nursing facility specializing in rehabilitation and memory care for up to 123 residents.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 80 hours per 2-week period (NOC, Days, or 72+ hours)
• Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2-week period (specific days vary; includes on-call rotation every 4th weekend)
• Available shifts:
  • AM: 5:00am–1:30pm or 6:00am–2:30pm
  • PM: 2:00pm–10:30pm
  • NOC: 10:00pm–6:30am
• Every other weekend and every other holiday off

Responsibilities

• Assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of residents through compassionate care and a positive atmosphere
• Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, and documentation of daily care
• Communicate with residents, families, and other departments to ensure resident safety and well-being

Requirements

• Active certification on the Wisconsin CNA Registry (required)
• Experience with CNA or CBRF certification (beneficial but not required)
• No prior experience required, though it is beneficial

Pay

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $20.75+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $22.75+ per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Shift Differentials:
  • PM: +$1.65 per hour
  • NOC: +$3.00 per hour
  • Weekend: +$2.00 per hour
• Additional incentives: on-call pay, pick-up bonuses, and regular wage reviews
