Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time opportunities at their Riverside Transitional Care campus in La Crosse, WI. The campus focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, required.
• Experience with CNA or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
• No experience required, though it is beneficial!

Qualifications for Higher Wages

• CNA, Resident Care Experience
• 80 hours position

Pay

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $20.75+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $22.75+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
• AM: 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
• NOC: 10:00pm-6:30am
