About the role

We're seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a difference. Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
  • Prepare rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
  • Document resident care accurately and promptly
  • Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding care
  • Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to resident-centered care
