Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Provide timely and accurate patient updates and documentation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with the care team to promote a positive and supportive environment
