Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Position Summary
As a CNA for our State Client assignments, you will provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. You’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while becoming an important part of their care team.
Pay
$17.50 per hour for State Client assignments
Paid bi-weekly

Qualifications
- Current Maryland CNA certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability for day shift hours, including 9:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
- At least 1 year home health care experience is required
- Caregivers must be assigned to and work with our State Clients to earn the $17.50/hour rate

Skills
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Offer medication reminders
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Observe and report any changes in client condition or needs
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
