Responsibilities

• Aid clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance, and transfers.
• Provide non-skilled personal and skin care support, prepare meals, and assist with nutrition needs.
• Maintain a safe home environment through light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff to deliver reliable, consistent care.
• Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with assigned clients.

Requirements

• Active Illinois CNA Certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to stand, pivot, and safely assist clients with transfers.
• Dependable attendance and professional approach to client care.

Nice to Have

• Previous home care experience.
• Experience working with seniors in a one-on-one setting.
• Training or experience in Dementia Care, Parkinson's Care, or Hospice Care.
