Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Dubois Continuum of Care Community, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Providing emotional support and developing strong relationships with our residents
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to our community's policies

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
