About the Role

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nurses and healthcare professionals. You will be an integral part of our care team, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as pulse, temperature, and blood pressure
  • Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Participate in care planning and implementation with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements

  • Current certification as a CNA in the state of Texas
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care
