Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Aviata at Arbor Springs!
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards
- Absorb and assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility
- Provide companionship and conversation to residents
- Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
- Absorb in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED
- A Florida CNA license
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
