What You’ll Do
- Provide resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Aid with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
- Follow infection control policies and procedures
- Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
- Immediately report any violations of residents’ rights
What You Bring
- Current CNA/STNA license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Strong attendance and reliability
