Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide vital signs and monitor residents' conditions to ensure optimal health and well-being
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises to maintain residents' physical function and independence
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident care and incidents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, families, and other caregivers

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$2,000 Full-Time CNA Sign-on Bonus (limited availability) and $500 Employee Referral Bonus. Shift differential up to $4/hr.

Schedule

Full-Time Day or Full-Time Night shifts, 12 hours with rotating weekends.
