Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Qualifications
- Current active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate in the state of Wisconsin.
- Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities
- Supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.
- Helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
- Feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication.
- Assessing patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.
- Observations and reporting to licensed staff to monitor resident condition and safety.
- Being aware of all aspects of safety for residents and co-workers.
- Answering call lights timely and promptly.
- Working as a team player in coordination with all disciplines in the center.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Overview
The primary purpose of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to support medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Your duties will include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing your patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

We are excited for you to participate in our $3.00 per hour increase program. This is a simple way for us at ARIA to show our thanks for you doing all you can to keep our residents safe in your homes! Please read below to better understand the program and just how it will work for you. All Full Time PM shift Certified Nursing Assistants that are a .9 or 1.0 are eligible to participate. Every single hour you work for the entire month will be paid out at $3.00 additional per hour if the following occurs… You work every single scheduled shift for the month. No call ins! You show up for work on time and do not leave early for each scheduled shift and utilize the time clock in your home.
