What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Absorb, document, and report changes in resident condition and care provided.
- Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents.
- Report accidents, incidents, or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of required safety equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.

Safety Expectations
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including two-person lifts and use of mechanical lift equipment.
